To implement the project successfully and result oriented, constant monitoring, mentoring liaison with beneficiaries group will be required. The Project will be implemented under the chairmanship of Commissioner & Secretary (Rural Development Department). Project will be implemented by GRIMCO under the supervision of Managing Director, GRIMCO and Manager Leather (GRIMCO). The constant supervision and monitoring and mentoring by experts of NIFT & NID. Periodical review meeting under the chairmanship of Secretary (Industries) will be organised for monitoring of the overall progress of the project.
For each cluster there is a need to have service of cluster development agent. The cluster development agent will be from NIFT, NID, IRMA, or and expert of respective field. They required constant visit and travelling for mentoring, information collection and dissemination, problem solving, setting up marketing linkages, providing new design, product diversification etc. For constant monitoring of the project feed back will be collected after completion of each programme, data will be analysed and based on the result proper action will be taken for better implementation of the activity.
Rs. 16.29 lacs to meet with the expenditure for project monitoring, mentoring, management overhead expenses. It works out to be nearly 3 percent of the total project cost.
