It is essential and need of the time to create job providers instead of job seekers through entrepreneurial concept to the technically trained beneficiaries. This concept will help trained beneficiaries to cultivate the idea of Entrepreneurship and get orientation and exposure regarding different government schemes for financial assistance to set up their own enterprise. The training will provide an opportunity regarding how to prepare a project proposal for setting up of small enterprise, registration, acquiring bank loans, explore the market avenues, provide jobs to the job seekers, managing raw material and other capital investment. This will greatly help in rural to urban exodus for jobs. More equitable distribution of income and wealth in the rural area through generation of sustainable employment. During the project period it is planned to cover 102 Training programmes to cover all beneficiaries under Techno EDP & Management Trainning with the help of organisation working in the field of Entrepreneurship development and management viz.
